JOIVY Charming Flat near St Giles

Ótima localização. O aquecimento é bom.

Não tivemos a luz principal na cozinha durante toda a estadia. A TV não funcionava. As camas não eram muito confortáveis. Não resolveram os nossos problemas, mesmo depois de comunicados.

The location is perfect,right in the center of the City and just few walk away from the castle. The property was nice for our requirements.

The mere fact that we booked for 5 people with the sofa bed but have to pay for the linens is quite disappointing...this should be a part of the package as it was already been paid.

Location was central, easy to access, good facilities.

Ironically due to the central location (which I liked), it meant that on times it was loud especially at night.

El alojamiento estaba bastante limpio

Las ventanas que no se cierran las contraventanas y sobre todo se oye todo el ruido ya que hay bastantes pubs al lado y se formaban unos follones por la noche impresionantes

The location of this property was its redeeming quality.

When we arrived the drains in the bathroom were blocked and the bath was filthy. The owners knew this and had done nothing about it. It took multiple emails and eventually a very strongly worded phone call before, 24 hours after our arrival they eventually did something. This is a long time without access to washing facilities! Every time we contacted them a different person responded - Lukas, Stoyan, Ilana etc. Total lack of customer service.

Schöne Wohnung in der allerbesten Lage.

Ein Informationszettel für nicht Englische Gäste zum Boiler und Warmwasser wäre nett gewesen. Außerdem hat man erst nachher erfahren das man für das dritte Betzeug noch mal sehr viel Extra Geld bezahlen muss. Der Schlüssel musste an einem anderen Ort geholt werden und es gab keine Persönliche Schlüssel Übergabe.

Excelente departamento , amplio y cómodo, inmejorable ubicación , excelente.

Es sistema de check-in , es lento y hay que ir a otro lugar a buscar las llaves …
