This flat is very noisy as it is single glazed in an old heritage style apartment and the noise It is quite loud in the morning . It needs a bit of TLC as a number of things needed attending to.

Great Location. We were a family of 5 (three kids and 2 adults.) from the USA and stayed 5 days. Plenty of room. Pull out bed needs some work. It was loud, but I went in knowing it was because it is central and in town. It was clean. Everything we needed was there, just like a home away from home. Toilet was a little tricky to flush. It is an old building so if you are looking for perfection this is not for you. It has some "character" but nothing off putting.

The noisy bars next door that keep us awake every night. Listening to fouls & abuse language all night long is not good when staying with a family.

Location was amazing and it was spacious. Staff were very responsive and brought us extra towels when we asked.

We thought we would be getting two full bathrooms. Could hear the street noise especially at night.

It was a lovely apartment but a bit noisy.

Great apartment in a location for exploring the Royal Mile

Being in such a prime location, it was very noisy until the early hours of the morning because of the bars and clubs on the street. Would not recommend for a family with children. Also the apartment was advertised for 6 people, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was unsleepable. Slats were broken on the frame so mattress kept falling through. Unfortunately we had to sleep on the floor. The only plus point being there were plenty of bedding to make the floor more comfortable.

The location was excellent, washing machine was great to have and use, everything we needed was in the apartment. Spacious is a great term for this place.

The noise from people going to bars is the only drawback at the property so keep that in mind. we found the location and connivence far offset the noise, others might not see it that way.

The street noise from 11:00 pm to 2:00am is very very Loud.

Bes are horrible and it definitely needs to be replaced. 3. very high price. 4. wifi password was not written anywhere, I had to follow up. 5. collection of keys are very far from the property, keys could have been kept near the property in the locker Instead of making us walk all the way for collection and return of keys.
