La casa di Alice

Appartamento molto carino nel centro di La Spezia, arredato con gusto. Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale da dove partono i treni per le Cinque Terre. Host gentilissimi, ci hanno anticipato il check in e ci hanno dato moltissime informazioni. Lo consiglio

L’appartement est magnifique, décoré avec goût Très bon emplacement, chemin agréable à pied depuis la gare. Les propriétaires adorables et plein de petites attentions. On se sent vraiment bien

Accès à l’appartement réservé à des personnes sans problème de mobilité Douche un peu étroite mais pas gênant pour moi.

Charmig lägenhet i 1700-tals hus. Det fanns allt du kan tänkas behöva för en vistelse där. Centralt beläget vi ett sv stadens gamla torg.

Då det ligger centralt vid torget blev man störd på natten. Människor som firade och sjöng.

El lugar hermoso y cómodo . Tranquilo.

Bellissimo appartamento arredato stile antico, ottima pulizia, signori proprietari persone molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione perfetta per girare la città a piedi vicino a parcheggio supermercato ristoranti, mare e via dello shopping.

Nuestra anfitriona estaba esperandonos en la puerta. Muy simpatica y dispuesta a ayudarnos. La casa esta super bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Incluso nos dejo muchas cositas ricas para desayunar! Nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicacion es excelente, a tan solo 10 cuadras de la estacion. Perfecta para quien quiera ir a recorrer Cinque Terre. Y tambien ubicada en el centro historico! Nuestra estadia fue hermosa gracias a la anfitriona y la casa! Super recomendado!

Un apartament frumos,util ,curățenie, chiar în centrul vechi al orașului proprietarii foarte amabil. Ne am simțit ca acasă, o sa revenim cu mare drag.

We were met by Alice and her husband who were excellent at explaining everything about the property and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is well located in central La Spezia and we found it to be an excellent base for the city - a short walk to the Marina. There was an good selection of cooking supplies left (herbs, oils etc) which is unusual and very handy. Alice also left a selection of snacks, along with plenty of tea and coffee. We would recommend the apartment to friends and family looking to stay in La Spezia. La Spezia itself is really nice, and a lot more than a base for visiting the Cinq Terre. The kitchen is quite small and the cooking faciilities are limited to a microwave and two gas rings, so just be aware of that. Not an issue for us but worth noting if you are staying for longer or wanting to do a lot of cooking.
