La casa di Alice

Location was right in the centre of La Spezia, the entrance next to a church. Lots of breakfast goodies provided by the hosts.

It's been mentioned on many other positive reviews, the shower is very very small, but works absolutely fine nonetheless, just bear in mind before booking. Also steep stairs, no lift, again be aware, but the apartment is stunning and fit for everything else.

Everything was perfect - style, location, beds.. Would stay again for sure. Hosts were very helpful and very kind persons

For us it was ok but if you were over 1 m 90 and had big overweight you wouldn’t like bathroom and staircase…

Not going to specify anything because everything was amazing, the owners were amazing and the apartment was great probably the best stay I’ve had in all my travels definitely recommend.

My stay at La casa di Alice was simply wonderful. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our experience exceptional. The apartment's location near the train station and city center was extremely convenient. Highly recommended!

A bit noisy over the weekend, no soundproofing. Shower is very small, ok if you’re not big/tall.

Everything, the host were wonderful. Fabulous location and very close to thr train station. The host Alice and Vincenzo were so welcoming and friendly . They made us feel at home. A place i will come back to stay again.🌻🌻🌻
