Beautifully converted old barn in a most peaceful location yet with easy access to good local shops, pubs and visitor attractions. Well equipped kitchen, large comfortable bed, hot powerful shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hosts provided plenty of useful information, were accommodating and easy to contact should we have needed anything. Highly recommend!

Prachtig plekje! De Barn is erg compleet en erg leuk ingericht. Heerlijk bed. Bij lekker weer zaten we graag aan de picknicktafel of op de ligbedden. Bij iets minder weer konden we fijn een theetje doen op de veranda. De vriendelijke hosts kwamen af en toe checken of alles goed was, en gaven leuke tips voor de omgeving. Voor mede-tuinliefhebbers: ligt mooi tussen Sissinghurst en Great Dixter. En er zijn nog meer mooie tuinen, kastelen en wandelroutes in de buurt.

We had such a lovely weekend at Paul's Farmhouse. The cottage had everything you could need and more. The bed was so comfy. Everything on offer was of a high standard - the cotton sheets were very crisp and fresh. We loved how the barn had been converted into accomodation. Plenty of hot water. We loved sitting on the wooden sun loungers looking down the garden after our long walks. Enjoyed looking at the extensive travel guides in the lounge. Plenty of parking space. We really didn't want to come home. We did several walks from the front door. Such a relaxing and comfortable weekend. Would fully recommend.

Het Farmhouse is een mooi zelfstandig verblijf op het landgoed, naast de woning van de eigenaar. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan de tuinen van Great Dixter en Sissinghurst op ca. 15 min rijden afstand. je kan ook mooi wandelen in de omgeving van High Weald National Landscape. Zeer rustige omgeving, comfortabel verblijf, aan te bevelen voor liefhebbers.

Wasn’t anything not to like!

Very quirky, lovely setting and very convenient location. Hosts unobtrusive but checked in daily and very friendly. Well equipped. Despite being there in a heatwave we found cool shady spots in the garden.

Happy with everything.
