What a treasure! Idyllic, quiet, remote location - just what we were hunting for our week long stay. The barn apartment was perfect for the two of us. Extremely well provisioned with lots of little unexpected touches, such as the well stocked coffee maker. The bedroom was huge and the bed an absolute dream to sleep in. Well appointed bathroom with a fantastic shower. The hosts were perfect - anonymous unless you needed them to be, and full of useful info. It's remoteness may faze some but for us it was ideal - and perfect for a launch point for our exploring. Lots of food options within a short drive, although the kitchen was perfect for self catering. I couldn't praise this property higher.

A stunningly beautiful landscape sheltering a delightfully converted old barn close to an old Kentish farmhouse - we couldn’t have loved it more.It is very comfortable and well equipped and we’re already looking forward to a return trip.

There was absolutely nothing we did not love about Paul’s Farmhouse.

The hosts were both very welcoming and such lovely people. The barn itself was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for anything better for our little break. I really appreciate the extra effort in providing some biscuits and a bottle of prosecco. Giving very tranquil and relaxed vibes. This barn has most definitely made our entire stay, and we plan on visiting again! The bedroom was so cute and dainty but still ensuring it's meeting all the needs of the customers. All the facilities there were brilliant and the host provided everything needed for the stay. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and have just a glimpse of the experience we did. The Barn is comfortable and spacious enough for a couple. Everything was clean and worked well, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our own cooking. The hosts are very welcoming and we felt welcome.

The shower cubical needs a good clean.

Self catering. There is a well stocked grocery store in Hawkhurst, and a gas station.

Bedroom and bathroom were very nice and comfortable. Entire property was extremely clean. Very pleasant location.

Sitting room was very small ( more like an alcove than a room ). We were staying for 6 nights so more clothes hangers would have been better (there were only 4). I mistakenly thought there was going to be a washing machine (website mentioned a drying rack) but that was my mistake.
