A beautiful peaceful location, lovely grounds and we were made to feel very welcome by our hosts.

Really nice place. Lovely location. Bed was comfy! Friendly owners! Would recommend.

Phone signal/WiFi not great but to be expected!

Very characterful, clean and well equipped

Lovely small cottage in a converted barn. Small but everything you needed for a short stay.

Rooms were quite dark. This is a result of the very small windows which are part of the characterful barn conversion and meant that you had to have the lights on during the day. Lighting in the rooms was fine though.

Lovely and peaceful surroundings. Owners very friendly. Perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Provided our own but cereal, milk tea/coffee, biscuits were supplied which I wasn't expecting.

Nothing they had control over, the approach lane was one track and a little scary.we were visiting family

The property is really sweet and has all the facilities you would need. It was a really charming place and if u want a few days away it’s super quiet and out of the way.

The only thing is there isn’t much to do in hawkhurst but if I had Brought a bunch of board games it would have been perfect. The WiFi is really fast though so you can definitely find things to do that way.

The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a weekend- the location is also gorgeous and the hosts were super friendly. We would definitely return.
