We stayed only one night, but i had booked three nights.We are not satisfied. It was not worth what we paid. The unit looks nice in the photos on Booking, but in person it was dirty.We saw cockroaches in the bedroom and near the sink. Under the sink, there were empty bottles and trash. The toilet sink was very dirty,and the water container, soap dispenser, towels and pail were also very dirty.Condo unit is not properly maintained on cleaned . We do not recommend this property.

This room was very good for our family of 4. It was just right down the road from the Blvd and not far from Robinsons Mall and Valencia. The host was very helpful in getting us checked in even on short notice booking.

I wish the condo owner already had parking assigned for their unit, that was the only issue we ran into at first, but the host was able to fix the issue.

We will cheat you and take your money but you will not get any room. First you are greeted by a security guard who is building a gate. If you then enter, you will be met by 10 guards with weapons standing there and asking you what you are doing there. Sit down. Do you have a reservation? Do you have the owner's phone number? Can we see your ID? Sit down now. they make you wait 30 min without trying to find you a room. when you get tired of waiting they laugh at you while you leave.

Jeg elsker denne plassen i Dumaguete. Kjempefin leilighet med flott beliggenhet rett utenfor Dumaguete sentrum og rett ved flyplassen. Utsøkt basseng. Skal jeg kjøpe meg inn i ei leilighet i Dumaguete så blir det her.

Det eneste negative er restaurantene rett ved er forholdsvis dyre. Jeg kjøpte snapper der 100 gram for 1200 pesos. Jeg har reist i hele verden og jeg har aldri før betalt så mye for fisk før. Prisen tilsvarer 2114 kroner per kilo, den prisen er hårreisende selv i Norge. Mitt tips er å dra inn til sentrum for å spise.
