Stunning City Centre Apartment, Benson Street, Liverpool 1

Lovely apartment fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.Warm and cosy just like a home from home.The balcony was a pleasing addition.We were on the 4th floor which was easily accessible by a lift.The location was brilliant,a few minutes walk to the centre,with all the shops and leisure facilities.Julie was very nice and helpful if we had any questions or needed any help.We will definitely be going back for another stay.Thankyou Julie,had a wonderful time!

Very easy to locate key and apartment. Very central location.

Couldn't ask or wish for a better location to stay when visiting Liverpool for few nights. Loads of cafes, restaurants, shops just around the corner. Liverpool Lime Station is few minutes away. Also nice touch with soft carpets everywhere, added some coziness.

Well firstly we were unpleasently surprised with communication with the host - messaged them a couple of times prior arrival about possibility to check-in earlier, but received total silence. Day prior our arrival, we still didn't have the check-in info, they did not answer to the message or phone call. Only on the day of our arrival, when asking once again about the code for key pick up, were told we will receive it later in the day. Check-in was supposed to be at 2pm as per property rules, but we received info only on 2:40pm and ONLY after reminding once again about it. This added a lot of stress to us as we actually started looking for another possible place to stay as we thought we might not get any word from host :) The apartment itself is in serious need of some updates. From the first look everything is okay and decent, but then you notice water stains on the ceiling in bathroom and, I think, it was even in the living room. Some stains on bathroom walls from humidity. Part of curtains in the living were broken. Was very cold inside the apartment, but glad there were heater and radiators to make it better, but found the apartment freezing once we have arrived. So in general - mixed feelings. Enjoyed our stay as it was extremely central, but on the other hand wasn't pleased with overall state of the apartment and communication with the host prior our arrival.

Location was great right in the middle so I could easily walk everywhere. Keys were easy to collect and the instruction was clear.

Loads of the cutlery was broken / had rust on the forks and the apartment didn't feel very clean even though she said the cleaner had been. Loads of the mugs all had stains on the inside. There was nothing to even wipe the surfaces of the kitchen down with (no cloths and just a dirty scrubber). I tried to get in contact and as soon as I expressed I was unhappy with something she then ignored me and didn't respond to any of my messages. The oven didn't work and a heads up there's no microwave. This accommodation is maybe acceptable for a student.
