The pictures I've sent is what we walked into not cleaned dirty dishes overflowing bin and dirty towels other than that it was OK

This review is only about the host, who was outstanding. Unfortunately, due to some damage done by the people who stayed in the apartment the night before us, she was concerned that she would not be able to clean it up in time for us. So, she booked us at a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city for the 2 nights we were supposed to stay in her apartment. I cannot review the apartment itself, but you can't go wrong with a host who will go this far to make sure your stay in Liverpool is comfortable and enjoyable.

The location is perfect and right in the middle of town.

Nothing! The apartment was beautiful with plenty of space and everything we needed for the weekend. The host Julie was super informative and available for any questions throughout the weekend. 10 out of 10 experience

Clean. Well laid out. Easy key collection and communication. Close to the station.

Needs some TLC. balcony chairs ??? Bathroom ceiling and walls ??? Cutlery old and mismatched. No wine glasses ??? No plug for kitchen sink (washing up ?). And the lowest bed since I lived in student digs with a mattress on the floor. Not great for an old geezer! The devil’s in the details. A greeting book with instructions and information on the equipment and WiFi would make a difference…..(the switches on the wall for example )
