Spotlessly clean and very comfortable and spacious. Nice balcony with a great view and very close to the beach. Access to swimming pool a bonus as was the amazing carpark right by the beach and apartment. Too easy!

Check in at another property was ok but a little inconvenient finding it.

La ubicación es perfecta, delante de la playa Da Rocha. El parking incluido. La terraza tenía vistas a la playa.

El colchón es malísimo. El apartamento es viejo y mejorable.

Picking up keys and check in at other place, it takes time to park the car in overcrowded streets, with no place to leave a car. Air conditioneer bad situated, so the cold air is not blows to the sleeping box. One should be prepeared to the long expectation during leaving apartment building when hundred people leavend 26-th floor building at the same time. It is a disaster

Lage war Super!

The location was brilliant. Very close to Praia da Rocha and centre but not right in the middle of all the noise etc. so it was perfect. Apartment was up high so the view was nice. Had most things we needed. The balcony was nice to have.

The check-in time range changed on the day. We were travelling from elsewhere with prior key appointments so that was quite stressful to try to get there on time. All the messaging was in Portuguese, which I did my best to google translate and adhere to but google translate did not translate well and on arrival we did not have the full substantial cash deposit that was required (as people do not carry that much cash anymore) and we still had to go get it. I understand it is necessary for the establishment but not everyone speaks Portuguese - so it would be great if you could be flexible on one thing or another. Also the person who checked us in spoke perfect English, so it was definitely possible to clarify ahead of time. There was no soap in the apartment when we arrived and limited toilet paper, dish washing liquid. Given the high price we paid just for a few days, we would have expected a well equipped apartment. Hostels are able to provide such products.

Picking up the keys, then going to a ATM to pull money and get over charged. Booking a room at one address and them changing the location with out informing me of the new address i had to probelem solve this w 2 giant bag of equipment
