We have to pick-up Keys from another hotel 700m for ours hotel

A little bit confusing, as we had to collect The Keys from different place than we had accommodation. It was few streets from our accommodation. Key collection should be at the same place where you are renting apartment.

Key collection at different place than accommodation. We are travelling a lot and we have been in many countries and always had a little bit soup for washing dishes, or samples of shampoo, conditioner, soup for washing hands as well included.

The apartment is spacious and beds are comfortable. Aircon was excellent and needed during Summer (+30oC outside even in the evening). The kitchen was well equiped and had everything we needed for cooking (several pans and pots of different sizes). The view to the ocean is definitely a plus. We stayed at the 7th floor and had a nice view. It should be even better if you get an upper floor apartment. The swimming pools (1 big and deep and 1 for kids) were great and very clean. The location was great, close to the beach but very quiet. It was good for us that we had the parking spot even if it was just in the street. We would definitely return.

The apartment is old and even if most things were working properly, the washing machine was full of mold and we decided not to use it. Very small thing, but there were no wine glasses which would have been nice considering that we love Portuguese wine. Finally, come prepared: there was no toiletries or basic things in the kitchen such as salt and coffee.
