Run down… very confusing info to get keys. AC only in the bedroom. The couple in the living room just fans.

Nice balcony and kitchen area. Good wifi and quite a big apartment with the sofa bed. A really comfortable stay and the pool area was really nice. Right next to the main strip of Portimao and near restaurants and supermarket.

A little mould in the bathroom, and check in was a bit difficult as it is not on site- it is with a separate management to the reception at the building.

The room was very spacious for a single traveler, including a full kitchen and clothes washer, and generally clean. The fixtures seemed a bit old but functional. The balcony had a really nice, high view out to the beach, although set a bit inland so you could see and head construction occurring in the morning. The bed was decently comfortable and there was a pool (which I didn't use) that seemed to get decent sun until the afternoon when shaded by buildings. There was also a separate designated parking very close to the beach which was very convenient.

Retrieving the keys was a pain as the 'reception' was at a different hotel about 10 min walk away. They required a deposit in Euros which required me to take an ATM charge and have cash in hand to spend later. Room-wise, they forgot to put the pillows, bed sheets or blanket on the bed. While I found them myself in the closet, I also found the blanket had some stains on it (did not look clean), and had to request them to be replaced (someone came over in about 15-20 min). No soap was provided in the bathroom; additionally, while there is a full kitchen with utensils, as well as a clothes washer, there is no detergent for cleaning provided. Although this was essentially a serviced apartment, I didn't expect this (perhaps used to Airbnb spots). While the balcony was great, a clothes line ran straight across it at head-level.

Apartment was spacious and full amenities to use.

We arrived early in the morning and the host ensured that we were able to check-in and obtain the key to the apartment.

we loved the amenities inside the apartment including the kitchen such as full oven hob and microwave which helped with meals when we wanted to enjoy the view of the balcony. A sea view whilst not being too high in the building making it easy to catch the lift. the apartment was safe and secure and the parking on offer was private and could only be accessed by fob. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with our early checkout time to catch a flight. lastly the location was great with a supermarket across the road and short walk to beach and main street of restaurants. We explored the coast of algarve with ease. Highly recommend and a great price to match!!

We enjoyed the privacy but this did mean our aparyment was not setviced (cleaned or towel changes) whilst we were there. Was not an issue for us but users might want to be aware this wasnt included. However this did give us peace of mind that the apartment was always secure as we were the only ones who entered for our 4 night stay.
