Spacious Guest Suite Amazing Location

Location that’s the only good thing about this property

Unit was gross. Small, misleading it’s only 1 bedroom not 2. Bed was uncomfortable and noisy with planes flying o Ed every 10 minutes. Once you open up your luggage you have no room to walk

The place was in a perfect condition and the free street parking was a plus. Important to know that this house is right below the airport landing strip so it’s very noisy and difficult to sleep at night. The bed is super squeaky and uncomfortable and the cleanliness of the space was questionable as I found a several hairs on my towel that had been left behind. The welcome message also stated to enjoy the chocolates and beverages that were left as complimentary welcome gifts in the fridge, yet there was only two mini water bottles. You have access to a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils but there was no salt or pepper available or any cooking oil. Overall, it was decently priced given the location so the value for what you get is good, just come prepared to endure some discomfort.

Place was not very clean, dirty towels, bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaky, no salt, pepper or oil available to cook with, and home is right beneath the airport landing strip so very noisy and difficult to sleep at night.

There were two bottle of water in the fridge, apart from that I liked leaving.

Where to begin, the clear evidence of multiple break in attempts, a dilapidated smart door lock falling apart, a TV that was frozen, the complete lack of airflow, futons that were about as comfortable as sleeping on a pool table with the cues still under your back. All to top it off with the cigarette burn holes in the bedroom duvet from the previous tenant. 10/10 would recommend if you hate yourself. But wait there’s more, I forgot to mention the dulcet tones of the Boeing 737s constantly flying 100ft above that shake the foundations of the house that not even the best ear plugs, noise canceling headphones, or schizophrenic voice in your head could drowned out.

Super cozy, everything worked and we were given plenty of towels and bedding to last the stay.

Immediately under San Diego Airport incoming flight path, so loud.
