"We were all very happy and loved Liverpool and our comfortable stay at 9 Flatzy. Obviously the poor state of the stairs"

Very conveniently located. Clean and comfortable. Nicely furnished and decorated.

Couple minor points. Blinds on lower floor bedroom didn’t work and inaccessible. Only 3 nice tea mugs. Dish soap and.bathroom soap pumps empty. No anti slip mats provided for bath and en suite shower.

Well equipped and comfortable. Joy was in touch before, during and at the end of our stay which was much appreciated

The apartment could do with freshening up. Although we were warned about the state of the communal entrance and staircase it really is not acceptable and we found it quite intimidating. It did affect the overall view of our stay. We do appreciate that it is the management agent for the entire building who is responsible.

"Good location, but very expensive for a small cramped apartment with tired furniture."

Good location - very central with parking close by.

Rooms and beds were very small - not proper double beds. Location means you get street noise until very late. Apartment supposed to sleep 10 but shortage of chairs, for breakfast. Also short on plates and cups. Apartment felt tired and access to it from communal stairs felt quite intimidating.
