Location was god

Building was dirty (there were pieces of toilet paper on the stairs), beds were not properly made (looked as someone had slept on them the night before), bed linen looked dirty, kitchen appliances (pots, pans, dishes had not been properly washed).

location excellent and having stayed in this area of Liverpool before I was expecting street noise but there wasn’t any. flat has all the amenities needed and is a great size

communal areas a bit tired but nothing else
