FLATZY - Victoria Street Apartment - Heart of City Centre

Great location and easy to find

One of the bathrooms was out of order on the top floor. This made the apartment smell unpleasant for the length of our stay. The host did try to get this fixed but was not able to do so, this resulted in a late check in as the plumber was there. All the windows were left open to help with the smell however this just resulted in the apartment been freezing cold on arrival. The main bathroom tiles were lose around the shower area.

Large deposit required to be paid in advance of stay, understand with a group of 6 people but it wasn't made very clear when booking unless you read fine print. Have had message to say it is being returned on day of check out and should show in account in 3/5 days.

the dark corridor walking up to the property but I am aware this is due to the age of the building

Fantastic location. Very spacious and croissants etc lovely treat.

Stairs were fine for us but could be difficult for less able people
