The rocking chair, view was amazing, could sit there for hours.

The location of the property was amazing, right at the heart of Portofino. The view from the window also stunning. If you spend one night here it's a good spot as you can enjoy Portofino to the fullest. The team who works there was helpful with providing us with additional towels when we asked & let us have early check in which was helpful for us.

- The communication with the staff was very slow and challenging. It wasn't clear who we needed to contact to get instructions, and we got them very last minute which was a bit stressful before we arrived. At the end everything was ok. - The wooden planks of the main bed were dislocated and we almost fell on the floor. When trying to contact the people of the property, they were very unhelpful, they said that the cleaners said the bed was perfect and that it was very strange that this had happened. He even implied that we did this and was quite inpolite with us on the phone. Also one of the planks was actually broken, and when I told the owner on the phone he told me it was impossible. At some point on the phone when I was asking them if they can help us and that we weren't able to sleep on the bed, he even said that if we wanted to we could leave the property. At the end of the day we had to fix the bed ourselves so we can actually sleep on it, as no one wanted to come help us. - The house is quite old so you can hear everything from outside so keep in mind all the noises of being in such a central place.

Position was amazing, great vies over the quay.

A shirt game of hot water, but coped with that.

The view from the room's windows were amazing! We were at the hearth of the Portofino!

Kettle was not working. They didn't put even one bottle of water there!

We loved the location and the fabulous views over the square and harbour from all 5 windows. Very comfortable, recently refurbished facilities
