"Great location, terrible hosts, we left a day early"

Location was outstanding

The host is terrible, the room needs maintenance, air-conditioning does not work properly and drips water all over the floor Car parking nearby is sometimes 100% sold out

Perfect location. Great layout and amazing views. We were met outside the apartment to be given the keys and communication was brilliant .

The kettle or oven didn’t work. Boiled water for a coffee so no major issue and to be honest may have never used the oven anyway but with the amazing views on show from the apartment someone may want to eat inside one evening .

"The best spot in Portofino, but needs someone with taste to renovate and improve the tied and tasteless decor."

Fabulous location. This is the best spot in Portofino with views across the village and across the ocean. The apartment is close to everything.

The actual apartment was tired and old. The oven and kettle didn’t work, the kitchen was old and poorly equiped. There was nothing to wipe dishes ( and no dishwasher), no plug for the kitchen sink and cheap, op-shop type crockery. The decor of the apartment was similar and tasteless, and none of the chairs were comfortable. The bed was wide and short with no bedside lighting.

Location and view

From a facilities point of view this was probably one of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. Dirty apartment, leaking air conditioning units. Beds were absolutely horrific! I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on them.

The bed was horiffic. No paper towels in kitchen, nothing worked. No blankets, not clean, shower didn’t drain. Just nasty

"Bad"

I have dealt with the management and not received the compensation that. Alex had promised in person to us at the time of our stay. I need to have financial reimbursement as was promised (Alex said definitely 2 days possibly 3). After much time in trying to resolve this matter I am ready to send a scathing review on this property that will highlight the fact that we were without water pressure over the 3 days of out stay. This made our stay there very stressful not having water for showers, toilet, cooking and drinking.
