This is a five star location right on the harbor in the center of the promenade. you can’t get better if you want to be in the center of everything in Portofino with access to the water taxi, nature hiking trails, and 30 minute walk to a beautiful swimming beach and water activities// kayak and paddle board rentals if that is your thing. the apartment is well equipped for cooking simple meals and coffee— emphasis on simple because the oven and cooktop are dicey.

Both beds are in need of repair so not that comfortable obuilding andalthough has everything you need the power was unreliable. however, we made do with the cook top and coffee maker 😃. the location is everything, you really are in the heart of Portofino with subsets every night outside your window.

only one coffee cup and the coffee machine did not work. the pillows were flat and hard.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the shower had very little water pressure. we had no detergent in the kitchen.

Absolutely fantastic position with unrivalled views of Portofino! The photos on booking.com are exactly what you see :)). With FOUR windows to drool over this most beautiful place. Thank you Alex for your friendly welcome. We highly recommend this apartment so you can really Be in Portofino, not just pass through.

End of season so apartment ready for a refresh eg paintwork, crockery & needs better coathangers! A couple of coffee pods on arrival would be a welcome gesture.

The absolute best location in town! 3 windows with incredible views.

Too much furniture in this small apartment. Had to move the furniture away from in front of the windows to be able to look out and enjoy the incredible views. A window was broken with cardboard taped over the empty hole! Some furniture and artwork could be updated...

Literally could not have a better location in Portofino - central to everything and a joy to just sit at the first floor window and watch the world go by and the boats bobbing on the harbour. Outstanding!

A little light on some things - bedding, extra blanket, extra linen for pillows for example. We ate out so cannot really comment on kitchen equipment for self catering but, again, looked a little light on. By the way there are very limited food/grocery supplies in Portofino.

what can I say? the views are simply unbeatable, the location superb and the rustic and historic building the apartment is located in is delightful.

I would have liked a more comfortable sofa..this one is like sitting on a rock (lol). Lack of kitchen cleaning products..the kitchen could do with a reorganisation and good clean.
