Centrally Located Cozy Studio Apartment in SD

Reasonable cost of room, use of a (paid for) W/D, convenient location, clean and relatively quiet room.

Area was a bit sketchy (would not walk around the neighborhood), unexpected noise from nearby airport (incoming flights)

It was good value for money. Centrally located, close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Host was extremely responsive & supportive.

Some guests has a party on my 1st night, couldn’t sleep. Check out time of 10:00am was too early & staff need to learn to communicate better with guests.

the actual studio inside was cute and I was by myself so it was okay for a couple days

it was so damn loud I barely slept and mind you I arrived after a 10 hour drive so both nights I stayed there I did not sleep. the airplanes were expected since the airport is close by by omg you can every little thing through the walls and people walking around 3am even so I’m not sure why they even have “quiet hours” I can hear people talking loudly and it was horrible since I had to drive back home off of no sleep

The security of the property was good. The room was nice for two and our little Yorkie.

One drawback was that we had to sit on the bed to eat. There was a side table but only one lounge chair. A little bistro would be nice.
