* Close to town and other attractions * Parking available at front and cheap parking close by if you don’t get a space. * Fully equipped property, even has a washing machine

* Carbon monoxide detector not connected * Smoke detector faulty * Lamps with no sockets to plug them in to * Oven, cutlery and crockery needed cleaned before use * Attention to detail required when cleaning * Simple maintenance required (broken blinds, lamp shade, pictures) * No shelves in the bathroom * No drawers for clothes
