Only could say location, did read previous reviews was complaining about pillows, not enough and no amenities in the bathroom, but on my stay we had 4 pillows, more then enough and amenities, so I guess they read reviews and do something about that

Cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness, so much dust everywhere, shower was blocked, towels and bedding I guess see it better times, I have to nope the floor as Ty was dirty, microwave dirty, oven covers with dirt, will I stay here again? Definitely no, got hotel just down the road it was amazing

We received a fantastic welcome on arrival and had everything we needed over the weekend. The apartment is well placed for accessing all the amenities in Southport - we’d definitely book again.

Just not sure when we”ll receive our deposit back from our stay.

No one as stated was at the property to meet us sat on a wall outside in the cold . After several phone calls we were given a code for the front door and told to wait in the hallway. Several more phone calls later still in the hallway we were told we were in flat number 1, On entering we found a pile of furniture moved into the middle of the room between both single beds no headboards attached to the beds no toilet paper no towels room very dusty. Several more phone calls later was told someone with phone you from the team it didn’t happen. Then just before 7pm two ladies knocked on the door came in was shocked that it was let out and they said they would stay and give it a good clean and put the bedroom back to how it should be . We left and came back two hours later the flat was clean smelt better and the bedroom had been reorganised towels were on the bed and toilet paper had been left . Nothing has been offered in the way of a part refund just a few sorry on the phone from the team . It was a cold wet night to be outside and it wasn’t just us it was also a couple who were new arrivals that day who were left outside without any entry details. Meet and greet at the property was non existent extremely poor marks rotten start to our weekend away

Everything! It was filthy, smelly, and an absolute disgrace! We didn't stay a single night, and despite complaining instantly, they refused to refund our money! So, we are currently in the process of seeking legal advice. Avoid booking as it is nothing like what is advertised!

Good location very central. Flat lovely and warm plenty of hot water.

The hallway it smells of damp. Basic utensils. In kitchen Only two bath towels. Sofa uncomfortable. Mattress just had sheet no mattress protector.

Good location. Spacious room. Good assistance from the property host when tv wasn't working.

Walking up 49 stairs. Smell of someone having smoked in the apartment.

Quite apartment, fully equipped kitchen, very comfy bed. Exactly what you need for your holiday.
