Stained pillow protectors and cases! I went out and bought 2 new pillows and cases! Minging! Cobwebs on the walls! Uncomfortable bed that needs replacing! Stained towels! No battery’s in carbon monoxide monitor! Apartment stunk of curry! Seriously needs a revamp/lick of paint in communal areas and apartment! Faulty blinds/ no curtains! Water stain/leak/ damp patches on the walls! Shower/ walls needs a good clean! Grime everywhere! Rang/ emailed hosts several times but never got back to me! Cleaners couldn’t apologise enough but didn’t show up til we were leaving! I wanted to leave and stay elsewhere but no availability anywhere! No communication off the hosts at all! Noisy neighbours playing music all hours! Boiler in bedroom seen better days, kept clicking so turned it off especially with no carbon monoxide monitors! Sock over the fire alarm! Kettle was disgusting needs replacing! Area was a bit daunting at night!

Microwave was in the bottom cupboard approximately 6 inches from the ground.

Good location for Southport beach and to the train station for trains to both Manchester and Liverpool. Comfortable bed and good sized accommodation.

No working batteries in the carbon monoxide detector. Could do with a deep clean behind bedroom furniture. Bags of washing in the hallway the entirety of our stay.

Spacious lounge and kitchen, good bedroom. Centrally situated close to buses and train station. We stayed for 31/2 weeks staff were good and management sorted any problems . We had a really enjoyable time.

Bathroom was a bit small and the lounge settee and chair were uncomfortable with sitting any length of time .
