Papillon, Southwold - A Modern Flat with Balcony

The location is great! Right in the High Street, and we were very close to our family which is what we wanted...

The apartment could have been cleaner, there were crumbs on the sofa and floor in the kitchen, and the balcony was not useable due to being covered in Seagull shite!!! We would have used the balcony as the weather was amazing, so this was rather disappointing..

The place was not very clean it was also very small the staircase was very steep the balcony was too small to sit on and very dirty the free parking was in high demand so parking was difficult

Right in the town centre, the flat is compact but had everything we needed for a short stay. Everything was modern and clean.

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable and could only get one of the chairs out with the table in the balcony.

Great location. Very cosy apartment. Clean and well looked after.

I liked the location and the facilities in the flat. All modern and comfortable facilities; tastefully decorated; in the centre of town. Customer service was excellent. The team was courteous and responded positively when I needed to contact them.

The shower was very narrow and the toilet was too close to the towel warmer. I guess it was due to limitations of space - they did well to get everything in the bathroom, including a washing machine. We only had it for two nights, it may have been an issue for a whole week.
