It was very cold and the bathroom radiator was not working - I would suggest this is checked and repaired if necessary. The internal face of the window frames were covered with back mould and could have do with a clean. The apartment was full of flies.

Sofa was uncomfortable there was a horrid stain on one pillow. Mould on the window frames in bedroom needed wiping down.

Comfortable and homely place, conveniently located in town.

Loved the location, right in the town and close to the beach.

The apartment was nicely furnished, but the lack of cleanliness let it down. The bottom sheet on the bed had blood stains on them, the shower had not been cleaned. There was dirt around the window rims in the living area. When contacting the owners within 24 hours of arriving and photos sent to them nothing was rectified, since returning home my emails have been ignored about my complaint.

Instructions as to where it was on the first night. Much clearer please postcode and high street is fairly rubbish. Alleyway next to Tiptree would be really helpful

Location was great and facilities were modern and in great condition. Living room and kitchen were well laid out and bathroom was small but made best use of the space with modern fittings.

Although there was a large ‘smart’ TV it was out of date so the internet function and some common apps like Netflix did not work. The cleanness of the property was not great, it was tidy but not clean.

Well situated for both beach and eating outlets.

The baby seagulls crying most of the night but that couldn't be helped! By the third night we had got used to them and slept through!
