TV in room was appreciated The beds were OK. The walls seemed recently painted. An attempt had been made to freshen the air by switching on a fan although it still smelled like it hadn't been occupied in a while.

On arrival we cleaned the toilet as there were urine stains clearly visible on the basin under the seat. There was a soap residue in the shower. The grab rail in the shower was not clean.The cotton bathroom and toilet mats appeared not to be freshly washed the fabric was flattened and greyish. The towels although plentiful were of poor quality and had the greyish tinge of poorly laundered fabric. The freezer was off and not particularly clean. We didn't use it. In the fridge door handle was the kind that has a groove to open it, someone has spilt a quantity of a dark drink in this and that had to be washed. Parts of the fittings in the fridge were missing and the shelves inside the door were dirty had to be washed. There were food crumbs in the cutlery drawer. There was a muddy patch near the patio door. Though the sink was clean in terms of hygiene there were the remains of gloss paint on it. The sofas appeared to have dark, possibly coffee spills marks on their base. There were a few dead insects on some of the windowsills. The bedding though clean was very heavy and far too hot for May.

Sehr herzliche Begrüssung in einem wunderbaren Cottage, welches alles hat was man benötigt. Ruhig gelegen und doch einen guten Anschluss mit dem Bus.

Very easy to collect keys. Amanda was on site when I arrived. Had an amazing stay, thank you Amanda and family. Lovely and quiet. Close to EXE Trail for walking/cycling. Close to the beach.

The bungalow is very nice and big.

Unless you have a car then there's not alot going on.

Property was well equiped.

Property in website was not the one given. Access to site was poor. Problems with loo. Only one wall heater working. Virtually no hot water. Site is generally tatty. No visitors were allowed.

The location was so peaceful and the bed was extremely comfortable, there were complimentary toiletries too which were lovely

Really good location, lovely property and super friendly and helpful hosts.

Nothing to dislike.
