lockwood house holiday cottages,Dawlish

Lockwood House is well located at a mid-way point: near to Exeter or to travel along the coast west, to Torquay, Dartmouth etc. Dawlish itself and Starcross are very nice to visit and are both minutes away. The accommodation is situated opposite a lovely countryside park, which has beautiful views. There is a large Sainsbury's a few minutes away, which was very convenient. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and parking alongside was perfect. As a solo traveller, the host was very welcoming and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was as I expected.

Lovely Quiet location not far from Dawlish and Dawlish Warren. All you need for a self catering stay. Well equipped kitchen area. Full sized cooker . Loved the skylight window in the bedroom and view.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice host, Bed very comfortable, quiet location.

The property not very maintained dripping toilet, Dripping bathroom sink tap, dripping kitchen hot tap so don't much hot water. So had to keep boosting hot water system Had to ask for wifi code and TV downstair had no sign on the last night. Could be nice place with good clean. Found ants around kitchen area. Other small things No hairdryer., and could do with new towels.

The host were very friendly and approachable. They very helpful on the first night when accident happened.
