The location was amazing, the cottage was very comfortable, and convenient for travelling in the area and suited our needs. The cottage was very rural but was as expected.

A great find! Lovely and spacious cottage, a comfortable bed, and a great little patio for sitting out enjoying the Devon sun. The kitchen had everything you might need, including a washing machine. It was so quiet and peaceful, situated up a driveway off the Dawlish road and close to the bus stop if you wished to leave the car behind. The only noises I heard were birds tweeting and cows mooing, perfect! The owners were very helpful and accommodating, my only wish was that I could've stayed longer. I'll recommend to family and friends and will definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay in a beautiful setting. Cosy and spacious with everything you need for a few days. Amanda was very helpful and directions were spot on. Lovely country park in walking distance and well situated for the coast. We had our dog with us and a bowl and bed were in the lodge. Great train connections at Starcross nearby plenty to see and do in the local area.

It was minus 6 while we were there and the lodge was very cold. Amanda did sort us out with 2 extra heaters and once they had been on for a couple of hours the lodge was lovely and warm. The lodge wasn't as clean as it clearly usually is reading other reviews, but it didn't spoil our stay.

Location is a hidden gem. So peaceful & so relaxing

It was spacious, clean, quiet , had everything you needed. Location was perfect and close to everything. You don't need anything as the bungalow has all your needs and more! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!
