Nothing was too much trouble. We paid for the hamper and it was AMAZING. As a permanent wheelchair user, staying at the lodge was a challenge, but nothing that couldn't be overcome and Lay and Ian went above and beyond to help.

Being a permanent wheelchair user, the lodge access was a struggle at times, and for me the shower was inaccessible, and pull down rails at the toilet would have been perfect, but Ian and Kay and me had extensive discussions beforehand and Ian and Kay provided photographs and measurements so I knew exactly what to expect.

Loved the view mostly. The lodge was just a static caravan though and the rooms were caravan size. Comfortable (apart from the double bed which as too small for us. Well equipped throughout. Lovely host, walk to Portpatrick was too far for me sadly.

Double bed - should have realised when they said double that it would be too small for us.

Lovely lodge with superb views over the farm and down to the sea , lovely outside decking area -secure for our dog , comfortable sitting and dining area inside with smart tv and spotlessly clean . Brilliant location at the farm -lovely to see the lambs and chickens . Luxury hamper we’d added was great with freshly made local produce . Also the ability to buy eggs and preserves via the wee honesty box . Kay and Ian were lovely hosts and so helpful . Great communications from them .
