Antica Dogana Apartments

The apartment is gorgeous, with air conditioning and smart TV in all rooms, stunning bathroom, lovely outdoor area with tables and seating. It seems to have been recently renovated with modern finishing and fittings. Everything is only a short walk away and a discount at the Antica Dogana restaurant is included.

The location of the apartment was very comfortable! It’s just a couple minute walk from the beach, and there are many restaurants and several supermarkets nearby. The apartment itself is modern. The host was really helpful and friendly!

As many other reviewers mentioned, the building itself is under renovation, which is not as comfortable, as the construction works are constantly going on there, and we struggled to find an entrance the first time. Additionally, the apartment isn’t soundproof at all, and we could hear all the screaming and arguing of the neighbors behind the wall and the elevator sound at night. The elevator itself is old (functional, just a bit scary, hahaha) and goes only to the 3rd floor. While the host kindly provided us with additional towels per request, the apartment is not getting cleaned throughout the stay (not necessarily a disadvantage, just fyi). We knew that the apartment doesn’t have a kitchen, but it would be nice if it had a microwave:) However, despite these inconveniences, the price-quality ratio for this apartment is great and we enjoyed our stay!

The location is super! Everything is new and clean. The people are super nice and helped us with everything we needed. Is very close to the beach and fresh fish and vegetable store. We loved it.

It was a problem with one of the AC but I'm sure it was just temporary and they will fix it.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The WiFi was horrendous. The balcony was overlooking a block of old apartments. Bad customer service struggled to locate the apartment. The walk to the apartment was very dingy and rough.

We like the location, style.

1. Problems with internet. First 3 days it worked from time to time, last three days we did not have internet at all. 2. Microwave did not work, but when we informed about the problem the owner changed it the next day! 3. Rather strange using mokka coffee maker with the induction hob through the frying pan.

Super helpful host who gave us a lot of good recommendations in Terracina. The apartment was comfy, clean and had a perfect location. We would love to come back!

Clean and modern, comfortable, with many useful amenities, nice outdoor place, central and close to the beach, to the historical center, the shops and restaurants.

The wifi failed us a few times.

This apartment served us very well. It is new and complete. Excellent bedding, wonderful bathroom with super shower and roomy! It was a few blocks from The sea, which also was perfect. Excellent cafe at the corner. Fresh fresh croissants and the like.

It was a surprise when we found the entrance. Completely Under construction, a dark ally and I had my concerns but the apartment was excellent.
