No kitchen in the apartment but host provided access to hers in the adjoining building. Could do with a better internet.

Fabulous property.Well laid out,comfortable and spotlessly clean too. The location is central for visiting many areas. Jane,our host , could not have been more helpful.We were reluctant to leave,but one of us had work committments.The local Pub'Hotel serves excellent food.Indeed ,there are many food venues within a few minutes drive.Particularly at Kippen,Doune,Callander,Crieff at the Port of Menteith too. The Lion and Unicorn ,in Thornhill is a very short walk from the property. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be back. The wifi reception is problematic and no cell phone coverage in the property,due to thick traditional stone walls and poor reception in village.

Little room for improving on property.We found lack of wifi was a benefit. Property has a Google version of Alexa.It took a few days for us to realize that it only worked if you said Hey Google first,only asking Google to do something had zero effect.We had fun imagining the Google responses to our requests. Asking Google to wake up is hilarious !

Huge rooms and the fridge was super helpful — we knew in advance there was no kitchen.

Great communication with a lovely owner, and an excellent pub with great beer and food 2 minutes walk away. Huge apartment with ample parking right outside while we were there. WiFi was decent and needed as the was no phone signal.

We didn't really check so this is our fault, but we were expecting a kitchen in an apartment. We did use the crockery to make sandwiches and eat cereal but the washing up had to be done in the bathroom, and we didn't take washing up liquid. It also took us a while to work out how the heating operated so the first night was cold. Some instructions in the welcome email would have been useful, but we should also have called so our fault again. Just for reference we are on EE and Vodafone and there was not enough signal to make calls.

The location is perfect for Blair Drummond and local activities. Parking is good. local amenities are perfectly acceptable.

Patchy wi-fi and would have been handy if there was more kitchen facilities (e.g. microwave for our baby's food).
