Very kind staff, they did everything they could for us to have a pleasant stay. The rooms are nice and clean. We had delicious, huge breakfast every morning. The beach is a 5 minute ride away with tuktuk.

The rooms are a bit noisy to sleep in, because the place is close to the main road, but we got used to it.

Всё было прекрасно! Мы проживали в комфортном и чистом номере. Просыпаясь к назначенному нами времени приносили очень вкусный завтрак. До обеда мы ездили по Унаватуне. Очень удобное расположение, чтоб быть равноудалённым от основных достопримечательностей. Дополнительно, два хороших продуктовых магазина рядом (один в здание отеля). Затем, с комфортом работали из отеля. Интернет хороший. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство!

Location is excellent, very clean and efficient service. The owner and the staff are stunning. Supermarket on the ground floor makes the stay easier. I will always repeat. FANTASTIC 😍

That the room wast cleaned but you had to ask

The staff was very friendly and the location okay. Unfortunately it is very very loud in the rooms and even earplugs did not help. Also our room was insanely hot and you can't leave the AC off for 3 min, because it is boiling inside. There is an aquarium with a giant fish that is too big for the tank, please put the fish back in the ocean.

The rooms are incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast is generous and absolutely delicious. The host and his team are outstanding—I’d give them 11 out of 10 if I could! The staff went above and beyond, handling everything included and even extras without hesitation. During our stay, my father-in-law got injured, and the hotel team provided medicine and first aid. They also made my wife’s birthday extra special with wonderful celebrations. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride (200-300 rupees) to the very center. Plus, there are two stores, cafes, and three bike rentals within 30-50 meters of the property. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

This is a lovely hotel, with a friendly owner. Perfect cleanliness and value for money. The breakfasts are gigantic and delicious. A quiet area, you can walk or get to the beach by bike, but this should not be a problem for those who are going to rent a scooter.

Beautifully decorated outside the rooms and inside, lots of lovely plants and paintings. Clean, spacious, well- equipped rooms with lovely balconies. Very comfy bed and TV with English channels which was a novelty. Rooftop with nice sunset in the evening, it could definitely be utilised more though. It’s accessed down a side road that was not obvious at first.

The location is not the best, it is on a busy main road which can be heard in the rooms. There is a huge, very sad looking fish in a small and dirty aquarium. It can barely turn around, let alone swim. Please do something for this fish, it is cruel and so depressing to see.
