Maple Place

Such a lovely stay! The family who runs Maple Place are so kind and thoughtful, lots of attention to detail. They allowed us to leave our bags early and even provided a cold drink while we waited for the room to be ready. The room was clean, exactly as pictured, always had hot water, and ac/fan worked excellently. Location on the main road was a short walk or tuk tuk ride to the beach or town. The breakfast was so delicious and had variety for our 3 night stay. Highly recommend we would definitely stay here again!

Such nice, helpfull and communicative ladies. The rooms are really comfi, big, clean, AC and fan, comfi bed and really nice shower. Scooter rent can be arranged in the store below, evenso there's a laundry service. Breakfast is amazing.

If you need breakfast early (for instance to go surfing) that wasnt possible. Was said to be served from 08.30 but actually came 0845/0900. You can here the road clearly from the balcony, so dont exact a comfi relaxing vibe up there, inside the rooms it was Oke tho. Deff good for the price you pay.

Great breakfast and super friendly hosts! Room was clean with hot water. TV had plenty of channels. It was very easy to get around Unawatuna and get to Galle Fort.

The staff at the hotel was very kind and attentive and the breakfasts are truly royal. Location is very good, around 15 min from the beach, you can use PickMe to ride form this point.

the room is very light and there are no shadow curtains, so you will wake up with the sunrise. The glass wall is made of single glass, because of this, road noise is very clearly audible.

great was, that we could check in early (6am!!) and that was so friendly! the room with the little kitchen was totally nice, clean and comfy. the breakfast the best! i would definitely book it again when i stay in this area!

We booked a number for a week, but then extended it for 3 weeks because we really liked it here. This is not our first hotel in Unawatuna, but this place is the best👍

We really liked this hotel. We lived in a room that faces the road. The noise from the road was audible, but it didn't bother us. The breakfasts are very large and delicious, lots of different fruits and omelet. You can choose the time for breakfast. The room has a small kitchen with a gas or electric stove, kitchen items are available on request. There is a small refrigerator. Each room has a fan and air conditioning. There is a table that is suitable for working at a computer. Wi-Fi in the room on the second floor was not very stable, on the third floor the signal was better. There wasn't always hot water in the shower. Convenient location of the hotel within walking distance from the beach. There are two shops nearby, one of which is located on the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, the staff constantly keeps it clean, they sweep the balcony every day. Room cleaning was always carried out promptly upon request. Thanks to Ishu for always being in touch. Thanks to Dnusha for keeping our rooms clean.
