We stayed in a double room, and it was very spacious with extremely good air-con. The beds were so comfy and clean. The staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and boasted a great variety of food.

Staff was very sensitive and friendly. Breakfast was fabulous and rooms were clean and comfortable. We will recommend this place for safe, clean and enjoyable stay.

The accommodation/rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor of the property with easy staircase. For elderly people a lift/elevator would have been helpful.

We really enjoyed the hostpitality of the owner. We came at 7 or 8 in the morning and were given the room The breakfasts were very tasty and I never eat them all as for they were big enough

I did not expect that due to the humidity it would be quite complicated for me to acclimatizate and have long walks as I am used to in Belarus, so please keep in mind that it takes 1 km to the nearest beach. You can take tuk tuk (local transport) to get quick And also cosider UF sun index is almost all time extreem, I used 60 spf creem

Good place to stay in Unawatuna and the food was great.

The noise from the road, we sleep with ear plugs so didn't affect us too much, but thought we should mention this.

Booked for 5 days but decided to stay for one day more Everyting is great, look no further

The place is beyond any expectations of what you can get for the price! The room is quite spacious, very clean, beds are comfortable. Also there is a roof terrace which has pretty good view from above Breakfasts are outstanding, super friendly staff. The location is great. It’s a walk distance from the tourist center. You can either have a short ride to jungle beach and unawatuna beach or you can rent a bike from an owner, for very reasonable price. I love this place and would definitely stay here again Thank you mr. Dinesh for a warm hospitality

Wifi is very slow, but seems like it’s a common problem of most places in Sri Lanka. It would be great to have some foot washer outside(maybe I did not noticed), but I had to wash my feet inside, and now the bathroom is full of sand. And please, can you change the water for the fish on 3rd floor? It looks very unhappy
