Arkle was delightful! The furnishings and finish in the apartment were the highest standard I have ever had the privilege to stay in as a holiday let. John was very friendly on arrival and spoke through how everything worked (from light switches to sound systems). The handy guide he had left in the apartment was equally extremely helpful, not only covering aspects of the apartment but also local eateries and recommendations, I was very impressed by the amount of information we had available and the personal touches this apartment came with - for instance selection of jams, some scones and a loaf of bread. I simply can not wait to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone that wants a beautiful stay in Cheltenham. Perfect and incredibly central location, which with the apartment fully sound proofed and fresh air ventilation (air in the whole apartment completely replaced every 2 hours!!) it just added to the relaxation and luxury of this apartment, 10/10!!

There is nothing that comes to mind in honesty, everything was swell!

"luxury stay would highly recommend"

lovely luxury touches like the fluffy bath robes and gorgeous bed linen, clotted cream and scones and top of the range appliances. Everything was thought of for a very relaxing stay. We were there for the Jazz Festival so perfect location to pop back and forth.

"Good apart from the above"

Basics provided

The main and most relevant problem was that smoking had been allowed in the apartment. The more we moved around and disturbed the carpet, furnishings etc, the more noticeable it became. The problem must be addressed.
