"i was scammed"

didn’t get in the property they took my money then tried to charge me to get keys booking.com did nothing don’t book this property it’s a scam

everything i paid for a property i never used my money got taken anc not refunded nothing was transparent during booking and bookin .com did nothing to help

"Fraudulent Hosts"

They are fraudulent people. They demanded a deposit of 350 pounds and then claimed I paid it past the deadline and refused to provide the access code. They asked me to cancel and request a refund and then refused to approve the refund. They are thieves and scammers. I’m really disappointed
