"Awful"

Nothing. Once booked and taken money then messaged to tell me I have to pay a hefty deposit of £350 I couldn’t afford £350 so I didn’t stay. Now won’t refund

DONT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY PLEASE THIS MAN TOOK MY DEPOSIT AND MADE ME PAY £100 OF MY £350 DEPOSIT FOR PRE EXISTING DAMAGE I BEGGED HIM SAYING IT WASNT ME HE SAID NO IT WAS ME EVEN THOUGHT I CHECKED IN AT 2pm LEFT AT 9PM CLEANED THE ENTIRE HOUSE UP ITS HAPPENED TO MANY PEOPLE HERE AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE REVIEW PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GET ANYTHING OFF THIS MAN HES A SCAMMER IF YOU STILL DO AFTER READING THIS THEN YOU DESERVE TO GET ROBBED

Booked the apartment,we reached there, no one answered the call and were unable to get inside. And they have charged it too. Contacted many times to get the refund- no one answering the call. Worst service ever I had. Happened last saturday-03.05.25

"Avoid!!"

Absolutely nothing was a joke

Was messy smelt of urine and stains on the beds hot water wasn’t working when told someone about the hot water she said there is nothing we can do and if wr don’t like it we can find somewhere else to stay. Women was very rude and didn’t know English very well. Very unprofessional avoid at all cost!

SWEET NOTHING

Absolutely awful attitude. Booked the apartment for last night for them to completely mess me around and then refuse a full refund and think £7.50 is good enough when I paid £52. I have all the evidence and I will be taking it further. Wouldn't recommend at all!
