ParkView City Balcony Apartment with Self Checkin

The location was top notch and has free parking.

The apartment wasn’t really clean as i still saw some hairs on the bed and bathroom. The living room chair was so bad, and the tv is really small.

please read before booking this location so on arrival we had to go hunting for the lock box 7 mins up the road to get the keys then when we got in the room we was Met with a sofa held together by some screws and wood sofa was knackered the bed was falling apart slats missing wardrobe door missing one of the table chairs was broken broken glass in the cupboard and shelves dirty and greasy black mold growing in the shower cubical and above the patio doors we didn't stay at this venue then when we requested our money back we was told no by the landlord and is now trying to charge us £171 cancelation fee do not stay at this venue the service is awful and agent that manages it is not helpful at all i will be reporting to trading standards about this place

we didnt like anything about the venue was not clean or presented well broken items glassware and mold growing in property we took pictures and sent to the landlord that still refused to give us any refund and we ended up staying in the britania hotel on new street that was cheaper and very high cleanliness levels please if your read this review do not stay here you will be ripped off and you will not like the place there is no park view either from the balcony so false advertisement these people are scammers and will rip you off

Amazing few days spent here. Absolutely lovely Host very helpful! Got the full deposit back also. Will 100% stay here again!

We paid a deposit to reserve an apartment, but he did not provide any clear information or a valid reason for not completing the booking. Worse still, he refused to return the money despite several attempts to contact him. This is not the first time; it’s actually the third time this has happened with him, which makes me believe he is intentionally scamming people. I strongly advise everyone to be extremely cautious and avoid dealing with him."
