"Quiet, affordable, central."

The location was great, not too far from basically all the great spots in Birmingham, there is a shop with literally everything you could want directly under the apartments. The building was quiet and had a great view, my partner and I stayed here for new year and though we couldnt see everything, we saw a lot of fireworks for free at midnight. We had a great time and the staff we were willing to answer my questions even at 23:02 on New Year's Eve. Thank you for a great stay.

There were stains on the carpet and blinds.

"Literally daylight robbery do not book"

It is only a room. Not an apartment they also wanted further funds to rent the whole apartment. Tried to camcell immediately after booking. Couldnt get a hold of the host

Requested a further 250 to be deposited before being given the check in details.

I didn’t get in to the property I messaged the host and they didn’t respond I waited out side with my wife and 2 children for an hour and a half before having to go book them in to a different hotel absolutely disgrace full
