ParkView City Balcony Apartment with Self Checkin

I enjoyed the location, not the best but considerate. It was quite a peaceful to say the least.

The property hadn’t looked like it had been cleaned… . The bed sheets smelt like urine and had a stale smell to them. . The sofa was basically make shift, wooden boards keeping it up and very small in size. . The cutlery and dishes were all dirty and they had the cheek to say I didn’t clean them property which I did. . The heating wasn’t straight forward and didn’t turn on for a long time. . Stains in the carpet and fag holes which we got blamed and charged for. . The internet went down at one point which was disappointing to people who want to watch films late hours. . The bathroom plug didn’t fit so you couldn’t have a bath if you wanted too. . Dirty razors left behind in bathroom unit and they want to complain about one glass been left on the drains board which was washed up. . The outside chairs were vile, smelt potent and had bad rips in them. . The £200 deposit is a joke and they literally take what ever they want from it.

Be careful they charge you small amounts first and when I went there to get access to my accommodation they ask me for more than £200 as deposit! Which never told me at the beginning, when I wanted to cancel and get my refund back no refund was given back!

Nice convince store downstairs made life easy and it's right in the heart of town
