"Absolutely tragic."

Nothing. The host charged me a £200 damage deposit, everything in the flat was already broken and the place was disgusting, carpet is supposed to be cream but it’s grey with dirt. Bathroom was disgusting and I wish I got a picture of the shower because i wouldn’t even shower a dog in there.

The host charged me £25 and took it off of my damage deposit because I had a friend that lived in Birmingham, visit me for an hour. Please be aware of this. I am beyond disappointed.

"Didn’t stay was ripped off"

Nothing please avoid

Very rude took my payment months previous messages me night beforehand said wanted £250 bond paid that night but I was working so kisses the messages and next day in the day we were staying said my booking was cancelled I Offered to bank transfer asap but said no and took all my money and cancelled booking total scammer and rip off avoid at all costs

"Good value, nice little place if you overlook a few scuffs and marks, enjoyed the stay."

Comfy bed. Great location

Some bits need a spruce up, stains on the carpet and window blinds, window blinds missing, door missing from the wardrobe, hallway light not working, some scuffs and marks. Was worried at first about a paying a deposit in case I was charged for any of these damages but it was fine, the host accepted the existing damage and I wasn’t charged anything and had a great stay.

The property wanted extra £200 damages before we could get into the property we tried to call to pay they wouldn’t answer phones you guys up and you was no help either it was an anniversary trip and it was ruined

"Great place to stay"

Very nice location. Close to the train station so it's convenient. Balcony had a nice view. Rooms were nice

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable but can't complain. The hallway light didn't work but that could've been down to human error

"If your looking for just a bed then it would be ok"

Location

Few makes and damage to some elements of furniture the heating didn’t work even though it said it was on , I had to stay in the bed to stay warm it came on for 1 hour on Friday and not at all Thrusday
