"Good location if going out on Broad Street"

Great location and nice apartment

Washing machine was locked and full of clothes - no idea who they belonged to. Not much in the way of coat hangers / shower gel / cutlery ie: basic things. Cleaner was rude who spoke to us on the way out.

"Beautiful apartment in a great location!"

Great location and amazing views of Birmingham. Lovely apartment in a secure building with lots of places to eat and drink nearby.

Washing machine still had previous people's clothes in it and couldn't be unlocked for use! Only 3 plates, bowls and wine glasses despite being an apartment for 4 people!
