everything was clean. eleanor was a excellent host and in a great location.

the lift took too long

It is central, quiet neighbours. Rooms were clean.

No issues with the property however only having 1 working lift was frustrating. Would be good to have 2 sets of keys as we were 2 couples wanting to move about without having to swap keys

Location was good and the flat itself was nice. I didn’t use the kitchen but it is modern with decent appliances. The bedrooms were well decorated and felt homely, not like a hotel. The bathroom and shower were good and powerful.

I was on the 19th floor of a 30 floor building. There was only one working lift so at times it was difficult to get up and down. The bed was uncomfortable (low quality mattress which was soft) and the linen was a bit old too.

Couldn't get TV to work. No tin opener or cork screw. Very little room in bedroom between bottom of bed and wardrobe - kept bashing my leg as I tried to pass

it was spacious and had everything you need

there were wet clothes in the washing machine
