Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment, Broad street Birmingham

Fairly clean, good location

No towels in the proper hand didn’t state to bring your own Not good having to walk 5 minutes away from the venue to pick up and drop off the key Bed we’re the worst I’ve slept on, springs coming through needs new mattresses asap so uncomfortable had the worst nights sleep

It was very clean Perfect location Closed to all facilities

Sleeping matters were very bad as ths springs were digging in our bodies and waking us up No soap or shampoo left insides No one to handle the keys and no clear instructions to tell us how we got them or where to leave them

Parking isn't great and I was told the nearest car park was the bullring or grand central which are a good distance away. Brindley place is just over the road. Apartment was very warm with no obvious way to cook it. TV doesn't work on live TV because nobody has connected an aerial. Mold in the bathroom is still there despite being mentioned in another review. Not really an apartment for four people as there's only three of dining chairs and a three seater settee. Only small things but crucial

Everything was really good. The views were sooo amazing especially on a night.

It was smelly. Advice to the owners is to get some reed diffusers. There were only two mugs so useless for a cup of tea for four people. You could properly kits out the kitchen with some long life milk too. The mattress in the smaller room is saggy and needs replacing.

Absolutely love the view and the location was very convenient

The cooker was not work we didn’t have enough toilet roll and had to go buy some. We also did not have a brush for the floors which was very inconvenient considering we were staying there for 4 days bathroom wasn’t clean properly also the was little dirty spot around the rooms I was quite disappointed considering the first time I had stayed in this location last year it was proper clean with no complaints we had enough cups and plate but I was disappointed this time around which is a shame cause I really love this location
