Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment, Broad street Birmingham

Nothing. Do not book with them. They never provided the correct code and when I have requested my money back they have refused. Booking.com useless as well to resolve, had to go through Section 75 with my credit card.

The location was perfect

Property was not clean Bedroom has staining on floor and had a damp smell Windows were not clean and frames were dirty No washing liquid or hand soap Dishwasher was full of used cutlery and plates bowls had to re wash We even got liquid and wipes to clean before settling in Definitely needs repainting as walls had makeup marks on them

The apartment is in a tall building with an excellent view over Birmingham and shops, restaurants and pubs conveniently located nearby. It is 7 minutes from the Utilita Arena and 20 minutes to the New Street station by walk. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. The bathroom is spacious.

In the kitchen: kitchen cloth and oven gloves could not be found; there are no drinking glass and bottle opener. In the bathroom, a tower has several large yellow stains; there are several large dirty marks around the bath. In one of the bedrooms, metal springs inside the mattress can be felt very strongly. Finally, when we were in the given location to pick up the keys on arrival, the code was not working and had to call the service number several times. We were told it happened often by the person who gave us the key. Practically, all the above issues can be ratified quickly and easily. This is up to the management of the apartment. The current rate of 7.3/10 reflects the situation of the apartment.

Had to repair a bed, the dishwasher was full, the washing machine had damp towels in it, no coffee, and stains on the dining chairs.

Didn't like that my bed had a massive dip on one side and springs showing when laid on. Also pillow on same bed had massive stains on. when i let owner know after stay .He was rude in his message and without me asking for any money back said ars u after money off as that isn't happening. I never mentioned it. Asked me to send pictures which I have . haven't had any reply . Surprise Suprise
