Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment, Broad street Birmingham

The location. Two separate bedrooms

It was billed as a luxury flat. That is so wrong. Firstly it was on 19th floor. Of the two lifts, one was broken and the other lift worked occasionally. Twice we had to walk down the stairs. Luckily the lift was working both times we had to come back. The carpets were soiled, stains on the main bedroom wall. The second bedroom had a broken door handle inside the room and holes in the wall. The bedsheets were nylon, the towels were thread bare and no bath mat in the bathroom. The kitchen had no wine glasses, no teaspoons nor tea towels.

In city center

I have never written a review in my life but this I have to I Got the keys got in only to find the ap trash from previous people who had stayed then the cleaners came and “clean” but told us we had to leave while clean cam back bed were dirty fellow case dirty they didn’t even give us toilet roll as and no equipment to clean the house honestly the location is good but the service so badddd informed the company but they just ignored me

Amazing stay again! Beautiful views from the apartment!! We have stayed here twice now- very close to town and everything is in walking distance. No cleaning products/drinking glasses but that doesn't bother us at all- we arent fussy!!! We just went downstairs to tesco to buy plastic cups and cleaning products- no big deal!!! We are going to book our third stay soon!!! hopefully see you next month!😀

The location

Stayed as a group of four No glasses in property at all had to buy plastic. Not enough crockery either. Only three chairs. Bed very uncomfortable!!! Could feel springs in mattress. Whole flat very unclean. Towel in bathroom dirty. Hole in wall in one bedroom and no handle on inside of door. No long mirror.

It was great- very close to central birmingham, the views were amazing- especially sunrise! We have booked to return next month!😋

no drinking glasses!

The key to the building is in another place and uber is going to cost you £5 to go get keys,they’ll also threaten you that you must return it if not they’ll charge you £50. The staff are so rude especially the lady that pick calls, the whole night we got there they didn’t pick calls until 12:00 next day after I reached out too booking.com No extra bedding and the one we met on the bed is dirty with hair and patches we had to get one cover at primark. It’s not comfortable, no tablets in the washing machine and if you go get liquid no sponge. It doesn’t feel like home. The building is good and the ambiance and the environment is cool.
