Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment, Broad street Birmingham

The location was perfect, amazing views the apartment was beautiful same as the pictures few stains on the walls and false eyelashes behind the bed and makeup wipe but apart from that really enjoyed my stay.

It was terrible we had to wait 1 hour and 45 mins on arrival as there was a hiccup as the cleaner was supposed to leave the apartment open for us to have access and the keys were left inside the apartment. But we arrived to the apartment locked and we had to wait for an hour and 45 mins for someone to let us in and give us keys but the keys had no thob on it till the next morning so we couldn’t leave the building as we wouldn’t have access to get back in. However we were giving 2 hours extra for check out but this still ruined plans. Apart from this the stay was amazing

we booked as a group of 4 adults attending an event at Symphony Hall. Apartment was short walk away from there and close to the train station. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay.

Good location

Unfortunately, our stay at your apartment was not pleasant. It was rather filthy with a bad smell which caused us to have head aches. The bedding were stained, the beds were very uncomfortable with springs sticking out, the sofa and chairs were stained and smelt bad, the towels were stained and in one of the drawers there were towels that were damp, and the whole place really needed a good hoover. If we had an option of somewhere else we would NOT have stayed in the apartment.

We can't say one good thing about this place!

The place wasn't clean and there was nobody to communicate with, or to give answers about the endless problems that this apartment made for us. 1. The broken bed and the mattress which makes you feel all it's springs. 2.The ventilation that didn't work at the bathroom . 3.a very nice Induction cooker...but with no matching pots and pens. 4. Bad small at the apartment. 5. A noise from the elevator operation all day and all night And no body to give any service or answers for our eleven days of stay. For many years I use booking when I travel But never had such a bad experience.
