The apartment was lovely, clean, and fresh. Lovely evening view. The communication with the host definitely rates a 10. The location was great. Everything you need on your doorstep. Other people who lived in the apartments were extremely friendly. Parking was not an issue. Best Indian meal even at barajee just a few mins walk. We travelled to Birmingham for crufts and on arrival thought it might be a long commute to the nec, but actually the commute was fine. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great location and great price. Ideal for the ICC and arena.

Noise from surrounding neighbourhood at night was very loud considering you are 19 floors up!

Location

It wasn’t ready on time. 3pm is a standard check in time regardless. Got there place was a mess. Cleaner had left and come back at 4 then took and hour to clean while I waited. Also the bed was broken which I had to fix. You can hear the lift going up and down all night
