There was a hole in the wall, looked like a punch mark. Some sort of drink had been sprayed up all walls in property including ceiling

The view and area was close to things

The walls and skirting boards were disgusting shower and sink were stained. Rubbish under sofas and beds. A big faf with keys as they werent at shop and took a while to get hold of anyone and get in

Instructions for collecting keys were not clear, no guard on the desk to let us in, lucky to get in due to someone leaving the building at time of arrival. The apartment was dirty, drink stains up the walls, carpets stained, bed linen had stains, pillows dirty, mattress’s springs sticking out, 2 bath towels for 4 people staying. Bathroom was full of black mould, shower hose hanging off and all the dispensers were empty. Bedroom furniture cracked and broken, mirror in main bedroom cracked. Definitely not 5 star!

This apartment is an absolute nightmare and should be removed from all booking sites. From the start, everything went wrong. The key code they gave me didn’t work, and when I contacted the host, they casually told me the keys were inside the apartment because the previous guest didn’t return them. I had to beg security to let me in. Once inside, there was no key to be found in the property. the door couldn’t even be locked properly from the inside and when I raised my safety concerns about there being no key the host’s solution was to just leave the apartment unlocked if I needed to go out. Completely insane and unsafe, they stated that the cleaners have left the key downstairs went downstairs called the reception and they stated no one left any key and they don’t deal with Airbnb. And when I told the host he stated that if we have issues we should just cancel. The door handle of the main door literally fell off, and the bedroom door couldn’t even be opened from the inside the room. The apartment itself was filthy — stained, cracked walls, peeling paint, and no heating. There was no internet despite it being advertised. When I tried calling for help, the manager ignored my calls all day and I had to speak to someone who was so unhelpful and stated the manager doesn’t take calls on weekend and there’s no one available to help me and then had the nerve to tell me to cancel my stay instead of fixing the issues. Unbelievable. They clearly do not care about guests’ safety, comfort, or basic decency. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and totally unprofessional from start to finish. This place is a complete scam — unsafe, dirty, and run by people who have no business managing accommodation. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Communication was really bad, place was a mess when we got there. Sheets weren’t changed. Had cleaners coming in, way after check in time. Weren’t straight up with us. Owners sounded rude. Worse thing is we’ve stayed there before and it wasn’t anything like what we experienced this time we went.

Honestly shocking. Dirty tissues in the bed room. Absolutely not luxury at all. Still waiting for my refund
